I authorise the Catalan Agency of Cultural Heritage to process my personal data for the sole purpose of managing and using my annual De Bat a Bat season ticket. The Catalan Agency of Cultural Heritage, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), and with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society and e-commerce services (LSSICE), would like to inform you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data provided.

Basic information on data protection:
Identification of the treatment: Users of the De Bat a Bat card
Responsible for the treatment: Catalan Agency for Cultural Heritage
Purpose of the treatment: Management of people holding the De Bat a Bat card, information on acts and events of the cultural facilities, as well as statistical studies and loyalty.
Legitimation: Consent of the person concerned.
Recipients: The data will be communicated to the data processors who provide ICT services on behalf of the person in charge of the treatment. No data is given to third parties or international data transfers are made.
Rights of interested persons: They can request access, rectification or deletion of data, and limitation in the treatment or cancellation, communicating it in writing and indicating your personal data to the address Carrer de la Portaferrissa, 1, 08002 Barcelona, or to the electronic address dpd.acdpc@gencat.cat
